Our Mission
The mission of the J.O.N.E.S. Juvenile Empowerment Program is to empower young individuals to make positive life choices by Joining Opportunities for Nurturing, Education, and Support (J.O.N.E.S.). We are committed to fostering a safe, inclusive, and caring environment where youth are encouraged to grow, learn, and develop the skills necessary to thrive. Our program connects participants with meaningful educational resources, compassionate mentorship, and community support networks – guiding them away from the justice system and toward fulfilling, productive futures. By embracing each youth’s unique potential, we strive to inspire hope, build resilience, and create lasting positive change for individuals, families, and our community.

Our team brings together years of experience in youth development, counseling, and advocacy, united by a shared commitment to making a meaningful difference in the lives of young people. We work collaboratively with families, schools, and local organizations to create opportunities for growth and empowerment, ensuring that each participant receives personalized guidance and support.
