Dr. Lisa A. Jones
Founder & Executive Director
Dr. Lisa A. Jones is a dedicated youth advocate and former law enforcement professional whose career bridges justice reform and community empowerment. With early experience in the NYC Department of Investigation and volunteer outreach programs, she developed deep insights into the systemic challenges facing at-risk youth. Her doctorate in Social Science, with a focus on Prevention Science, informs her work designing diversion programs that guide young people away from the justice system and toward opportunity. Known for her compassionate, solutions-focused leadership, Dr. Jones partners with schools, families, and community leaders to create environments where every youth can thrive.

Albert R. Jones
Co-Founder, Veteran Law Enforcement Officer & Youth Advocate
Albert R. Jones brings over 30 years of distinguished service in law enforcement, including roles with New York City’s Department of Investigation and the U.S. Marshals Service.
A committed youth mentor and martial arts instructor, Albert empowers at-risk youth through discipline, advocacy, and guidance—helping them build confidence and choose positive paths.

Sabrina Perry
Chief Operating Officer
Sabrina Perry is a dedicated wife, mother, and grandmother who brings deep compassion and leadership to her work.
With a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration and Behavioral Science, she supports youth and families through service and mentorship. As Chief Operating Officer of Jones Consulting, Sabrina champions positive pathways to growth, purpose, and success.

Omari George
Law Enforcement Officer & Behavioral Health Specialist
Originally from Brooklyn, NY, Omari George holds a Criminal Justice degree from Northeastern University. With over 25 years of experience in education, mental health, and law enforcement, he has served as a teacher, case manager, and crisis responder.
Omari is a certified de-escalation instructor and passionate mentor committed to youth empowerment and public safety.

Dr. Aisha Monroe
Educator, Advocate, Community Builder
Dr. Aisha Monroe is an educator and community advocate with a doctorate in Social Science and a Master’s in Applied Family Science.
As a member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc., Dr. Monroe creates programs that uplift women and girls. Through her G.L.O.W. platform—Give Life to Our World—she champions empowerment, inclusion, and purpose-driven service.

Mark Williams, Sr.
Detective & Air Force Master Sergeant
Mark Williams Sr. is a proud Delaware native, decorated Air Force Master Sergeant, and dedicated public servant. Mark currently serves as a Detective in the Delaware State Police Criminal Investigations Unit.
A veteran of multiple overseas operations and an active NOBLE member, Mark is passionate about youth mentorship and bridging gaps between law enforcement and the community.

Ashley Woods, LCSW
Clinical Social Worker & Program Leader
Ashley Woods is a licensed clinical social worker with over a decade of experience supporting children, teens, and vulnerable populations, including refugees and hospital patients.
Ashley brings strong leadership to the field, having managed and supervised mental health programs across diverse communities and systems of care.
